Warranty
Link Research Limited (LINK) warrant that products in the attached list will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of dispatch from LINK. During the warranty period the product will at LINK's sole discretion be repaired or replaced by LINK free of charge.
 
Warranty Extensions
Gold Warranty extension packages are available to purchase for LINK products in the attached list at any time provided the unit is not faulty. If a unit that is currently out of warranty has a fault, the fault must first be repaired at the standard fixed price repair cost before a Gold Warranty package can be purchased for the repaired unit. Please contact LINK for pricing.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover antennas, cables, third party products and any other products not in the attached list. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, incorrect connection or non-compliance with the operating ranges and procedures in the user manuals. The warranty does not cover any damage/s, losses, costs or expenses, direct, indirect or incidental, consequential or special, arising out of or related to the product.
 
Shipping Costs
In the event of a fault within the warranty period which is notified to LINK within 10 days of receipt of the product LINK will ship a replacement product free of charge and pay the shipping costs to return the faulty product using LINK's choice of shipment method. In the event of a fault within the warranty period which is notified to LINK more than 10days after receipt the customer is responsible for any costs to return the faulty product to LINK. LINK will pay for the return shipping of the product after repair or replacement.
Note: Despatch for an advance replacment unit is on a next day service for mainland UK and a standard courier sevice for European destinations. A faster delivery service may be available but this would be at the customers cost.
 
Advance Replacement
A free of charge advance replacement loan service is offered during the warranty period in the event of a fault covered by the warranty subject to the availability of a suitable product. We aim to despatch the advance replacement equipment within 24 hours upon request after a fault has been notified to LINK and a returns number (RAN) has been generated. LINK will pay shipping costs to the required destination. The customer is responsible for any costs to return the advance replacement loan product to LINK. The advance replacement loan product must be returned to LINK on LINK's request or immediately subsequent to receipt of the repaired or replaced product, whichever occurs sooner.
 
Out of Warranty Repairs
A fixed price repair service is available for faults or damage which are not covered by the warranty, contact LINK for pricing. Parts or components replaced on out of warranty repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from LINK for out-of-warranty repairs.
